I have lived at Autumn Park for apx 2years. I don't have any problems (I guess because I pay my rent on time). It is an apartment though- you know the usual neigbors, shared parking-yuck) I am moving because I bought a house-YEAH! But as for apartment it is definately one the best I have lived at in Greensboro. Nice, accomodating staff and clean surroundings. I give it a thumbs up.

You can pay your rent on time and still get notices from the leasing offices because of bookkeeping errors. That's the problem with Autumn Park....management. But, I am glad your stay was good. Enjoy your house!
