I have been a resident at Autumn Park for about 9 months now. When I first moved in, they were undergoing several changes with their management and office staff, but I have to say I have been very pleased with them to date. The changes they have made have been with their computer systems and accounting systems, so there are certainly going to be bumps in the road, but on the whole this has been a great place to live. Parking can at times be a little congested, but everyone is friendly(residents) and helpful(staff). The only reason I see myself moving from Autumn Park will be when I buy a house. I highly suggest this community to anyone looking for a nice, well kept, and convenient community.
