oh GOD are you serious!! I live in Raleigh, used to work for the Property Manager, have been in leasing for 3 years, and cannot believe at how these residents act. DO YOU PEOPLE not read leases! do you not understand that the apartment business is not a day care and cannot babysit you and your decisions to break your lease! i am completely histerical right now, due to the immaturity that some of you ADULTS act like. maybe you all should take a step back, and be on our side one day, but you never will because you have your head stuck too far up your butts.

I'm confused...is this a good place to live or not? It seems great, but I see mixed reviews. What is this thing with fining children? My son has a disorder and I sure wouldn't tolerate him having troubles while he is trying to heal. We are moving to Greensboro from Delaware. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

This is a great place to live. Don't go on what a few people say, because most of the time, its those that don't follow the rules that are complaining. I'm moving in a couple of months, but if it weren't for my job sending me away, I would most definately be staying. If you decide to look here, ask for Sara or Travis. They are the nicest out of the whole bunch and will take care of you. And don't worry, your son will be treated with the utmost respect, as is everyone that follows the rules.

My daughter was 16 and NEVER had an incidence at Autumn Park, nor anywhere else - not in even in school; not even a detention. She was on the Honor roll, never a detention, certificates for good behavior, involved in volunteer activites like feed the homeless 4 years in a row on Thanksgiving day...) , but they were so harsh to her when she tried to use the restroom at the clubhouse that she was about in tears! She is a type 1 diabetic and if her blood sugar is high, then she needs to use the restroom. This shouldn't be a big deal as she is neat, doesn't pee on the seat and flushes the toilet. And I don't watch over her every moment of the day because she is not a little girl, but I DO check up on her. So please don't attack my parenting abilities, either.
