All is good to great. No incidents. Ground floor privacy is only average, lot's of cats killing songbirds. Nice extras, small workout room (24 hrs) Small theater (big screen private parties) and the pool is great (before or after it fills with kids).

Trouble is rare. I've heard of one break in over a 1-year span. There are a lot of kids around, of all ages, and some are not residents here but are from other apartments (that don't have pools and b-ball courts).
