I agree with many of the prior post with regards to living here. Poor parking, treatment, pricing... Many of these negative comments are simply true! I'll just let you read past posts instead of rewriting what others wrote.
Comment to the haters here. I'm talking about the people that bash others for posting negative comments. These haters post positive comments about the complex and tear into others that post negative comments. What the''' Calm down! Stop being so harsh to others expressing details of their experience. Key word is "THEIR" experince. Until you experience what they are going through then you do not know all the details to pass judgement. Have the decency to let people post without being attacked by you. Be a little kinder. I'm just moved from here and for that, I'm excited, because this place is not all that. For the positive posters that bash anyone for expressing their true experiences - I hope I never meet people like you! Just for the record, I do know a resident who was harased by management for their kid's actions and that kid has a medical condition, too. I also knew a someone here who paid there rent, on time, and had to prove it was paid after receiving late fee notices.

The response to the original post is so immature!!! Grow up!!! This is a place to post comments about living at this apartment complex, not to vent out your so-called Freedom of Speech!!! Is your life that pathetic??? Words of advice: Invest in conseling and get a life!!! They make meds for people like you. If you're on them then maybe they need to double your dose because its not working!!!

I have not had any problems at Autumn Park Apts. since I moved in August of 2006. Parking has never been a problem and everything else is fine.
