i have lived here almost 4 years and this is what i have found so far:

Parking-i know it is bad, but i happen to be off the main part so i can still find relatively close parking.
Noise-i am away from activity centers and on the 3rd floor, so noise is not a problem for me.
Grounds- Very well maintained. In fact, maybe a little too maintained as lawn mowers and those hand blowers constantly going about can get annoying.
Safety- no complaints.
Construction- Things have broken on me but every problem iv had has been responded to and fixed in a timely manner.
Maintenance- As i said above, all of the problems iv had, have been fixed.
Staff- when i first moved in, i dealt with two people who i really liked. Now staff has changed so much i do not know them well. i have had no problems, but then again, i have not had to deal with them either.
Overall-i am happy with autumn park. But then again, this is the first apartment complex i have ever lived in so i really have nothing to compare it too. And it is note worthy to mention (like i did in the title) that i have been very lucky about things that i could not have predicted. i also had a break on rent because of wrong doing on autumn park's end when originally signing up. Which worked out for me.

My family is looking to move to Autumn park in april. is the 1st floor bad, and what do you call of the beaten path?
