When my boyfriend's 2 roommates moved out of town, we moved across the road from a three-bedroom to a one-bedroom. Honestly, this place is pretty nice. It's very large, for a one-bedroom, and the three-bedroom never felt crowded. The staff is... well at one point we realized they turned over HALF the staff members in the past week so nobody knew what they were doing anymore. There have been bookkeeping errors, yes, but usually maintenance requests are filled pretty promptly. The reason I'm moving is that the rent is too high! It's not convenient for anything, it's not even that close to Guilford, so paying $525 for a one-bedroom is ridiculous. There's also no place to park - we're in the handicap accessible apartment so there's four handicap spots out front, meaning if we come in late at night (my boyfriend often has to close the store he works at so he doesn't get home till 10 or 11 at night) we have to park way up the road. Only some apartments have washer/dryer hookups, so the rest of us have to use the laundry room which charges $1.25 per wash and $1.25 per dry now that they've jacked that price way up. All in all, if you have money to burn and you want a luxury apartment, this place isn't half bad.
