As far as the size..it was decent. We had a one bedroom on the first floor (even though we wanted a top floor but they told us we would have to wait another year). We were told that we wouldn't hear our neighbors but the person above us never slept and we heard her walking around all of the time, which is why we wanted a top floor apartment. The apartments themselves weren't bad but the staff was something else. After getting manditory cards to carry to the pool to show that we lived there, they were never checked and there were always kids getting drunk and being loud. It was disturbing because there were families around and they had no respect for anyone. When I said something to them they said, "There's nothing we can do about it," even though it was obvious that most of the kids didn't live there. They were only interested in selling apartments then taking care of the people that lived there. When we were ready to leave we considered transfering to a unit in another area that was owned by the same company and you would've thought that we were asking for a death pardon. There were fees on top of fees and they honestly don't care about loyalty...just money. We were there for a year before we moved out of Greensboro and we'll never go to another apartment complex again because of our experience there.

I used to work at Autumn Park and while management only wanted to make money, some of us really cared about the residents there. Unfortunately those of us who really cared left, because of the management and then ironically enough, that issue left the community. I miss interacting with the great residents at AP and hope that the new staff takes care of you guys. If you want to avoid the same kind of headaches, I would definitely do your research before moving to other communities in Greensboro...some people never go away!

You should have paid more to get the top floor. I'm on the top floor 1 bedroom right now and I have had no problems at all with noise or with the management. Yes it's pricy but think about everything else you are getting with it. You don't get a 21 seat movie theater or a putting green in most other apartment complexes. As for the drunk guys around the pool, well, it's their pool too since they are paying for their apartment. You also don't get a lounge or a pool area.

hmm i dont know i am thinking about moving here soon but there are mixed reviews. and well, i expect that from everywhere... i really like this location & layout.. but 2 issues really stick out to me. 1) parking. i dont want to have to walk a mile to get to my apartment while i work 2 jobs, bringing groceries in (i hardly ever eat out), etc and 2) the drunk people. isn't that technically drunk in public since it is outside their home or bar? i dont know thats a fine line. but they rent there, they don't own anything. especially not the pool. i mean hey, have a few beers and enjoy the pool but if it is as bad as it sounds, i would not put up with that. if mgmt doesnt take care of it, call the cops for noise disturbance and put in a complaint. that will wake up both the idiots & the management team. i mean, you can have a few beers and still be respectful and responsible, so if they aren't than that's a problem! i'm 25 but i'll still say that's extremely childish and disrespectful and there is no reason to put up with that. i mean you all are paying your rent too!!
