I would like to thank apartment ratings for having a review like this it was very helpful when making a choice. When my family moved here we choosed 3 places and read all the reviews and printed them out, took them with us to look at the apartments. you have to throw out the i hate the word people ones. Each place we went to i ask all of the tough questions that was a concren on the reviews,i talked to the maintaince supervisor and some renters, out of all Autumn Park staff did the best in answering and was activity working on the soulution. you cant make everyone happy, the staff tries real hard. Living here is convient and quiet very well landscaped.
I do have one thing that i would like to see addressed is that at the pool, we have pool passes, No one checks on the weekends, we have some renters that seem to have a family reunion every week. and we need a few more speed bumps for those college kids that are always late to work and drive to fast in the community. Great Place just ask the questions, Yes one more thing, the PARKING WAS a issue the staff sent out two letters stating that you need to get your parking stickers by a certian date or your car may get towed, the stickers are free for those that live here and that are on the lease, well of course there were alot of residents that did not go and get there free stickers and there car was towed. Now the parking is 80% better, if you always want a spot rent a garage.
