I stayed at autumn ridge for a year.... payed rent on time, never was late, and was a PERFECT tenant.... until they switched managment... then I was broken into, they refused to fix my busted door, and replace the lock stating "It's really sure, there is no really safety with these locks" then they were doing landscaping cutting down old and falling trees, around the parking lot.... excpet they forgot one and it "fell" on my bf's car... which they said his car damage and class and parking lot breaking (due to the huge *** tree)was somethign I should pay for....I packed my bags and feld after a month of no common ground, and their unwillingness to cooperate with my insurance, or the lease agreement they had me sign... I didn't pay because they didn't deserve a dime of what they made me LOSE....
