Do not let them tell you they are luxury apts. They are made out of very poor quality materials and seem unfinished in numerous areas. You can hear your neighbors on all sides including across the walkways and people had music going until 4 am almost every weekend. It took them numerous tries to fix a water heater problem, so for weeks I had to take cold showers. They also "tried" to fix the deadbolt on the door that stuck, but that wasn't ever fixed. Traffic to go towards Greensboro is horrible, it takes 15 min. to get downtown, but in traffic it will take take much longer. If you have to turn left out of the complex to go towards downtown in the morning between 7:30-8:45am it will take awhile b/c traffic from the school is backed up all the way into the first light in Summerfield (I asked about this when looking and they said traffic was never a problem). The actual gated entrance into the complex was not planned properly and is very hazordous, I saw numerous people come close to being hit b/c you can only fit one car thru the area after the in and out gates. I moved before my lease was up because I could not take the noise, traffic, and basically the horrible experience of living there any longer.
