I am really surprised to read some of these negative reviews. My experience has been great, so far.
The apartments are brand new and very nice. I have found the office people to be friendly and accommodating. I have not dealt with maintenance.
The noises here are normal for an apartment building. Yes, you can hear noise, but exactly like everywhere I have lived. I can't imagine calling the office about a barking dog...
I feel fairly safe here. The gate seems to be secure, and at least one Police officer lives here.
I will probably stay here another year.
