I am so happy my lease is up! This is the worst apartment experience I've ever had. Please pay attention to negative reviews because they are the truth! The parking sucks after 5pm and people walk their pets and let them poop everywhere (law enforcement included). The handicapped parking is a joke because they don't enforce it and you have some clever residents that pull their handicapped signs out when they can't find a close spot. These apartments are made horribly. I can hear every move my neighbor makes and she has an old washer that makes the whole building shake when it spins. She only washes clothes and vacuums at 7am. Don't try making noise complaints to the management staff because they basically tell you they can't do a thing and please don't take an apartment next to the stairs. NO ONE walks up or down the stairs. Kids and their parents run up and down not considering someone is on the other side of the wall. Yes they have breakfast and movie nights but that's all you are paying for is the amenities. Good luck with getting a good nights rest!!
