This has been the worst place I have ever lived. I didn't have grass for the first 6 mos living here, I can smell the neighbors food (not pleasant), hear the man above me pee from my couch, the kids upstairs jump on the furniture from the time they wake until the time they sleep. If you're not home by 5pm, no parking - and there is only one car for my residence and I still don't get to park close. Trash backed up at the dumpster every weekend, gated community but the gate works half the time, the light to get out takes forever to turn, but at least they finally put up a light. I work downtown and it takes me 30 minutes to get to work every morning due to traffic. Very muddy, no run off for rain so walking my dog is always a mess, plus they don't enforce clean up after your pets, so most people don't clean dog poop up, so be careful where you step! Very overpriced on rent. No storage what-so-ever. My dishes sit on my counter because there is not enough cabinet space for them. The only closet is the bedroom closet and it is not even a walk-in, so laundry room has been used to store luggage, bicycle, etc. and not washer/dryer. Poorly planned! Poorly built. Great staff, but that doesn't make this place home.

Hmmm-well like you said, the office staff is great and goes out of their way to be helpful but the parking is HORRIBLE and the dog waste is out of control. Carrying Christmas presents back fromt he FREE WRAPPING they did att he office, I stepped into a pile of it and had it all over my shoes.Thanks a lot to whoever did it. Maybe they will be recipients of the gift that keeps on smelling. It could be a nice place if they didi more planning and put more insulation in the walls--
