I just moved from Battleground North 2 weeks ago, and I'm so happy. It is the worst apartment complex I've seen in a long time. The parking is horrible, no parking after 5 pm. You have to practically make your own parking space. People let their dogs use the bathroom anywhere. They even let their dogs go on the playground where kids play. If you have a bad neighbor, do not even worry about complaining. Just deal with it as they will tell you quiet hours don't start until after 10. I had a neighbor who played her music everyday until 2am. The , music was so loud, I felt as though I was sitting in her apartment because the building is so poorly built. You can even hear your neighbors singing and talking on the phone. The security gate is always broken. The only pleasant thing about Battleground North is the trail to the grocery store which is very convenient and the theatre. So, please don't be fooled by the pretty building and the gorgeous clubhouse!

EXACTLY what i experienced!!! i'm so happy to be gone!!! and i'm a dog owner who is equally as disgusted by the irresponsible dog owners and apartment management team that doesn't enforce any sanitation. even the dumpster was over-flowing with trash piled up high and deep by the end of every weekend. filth and trash! awful place to live and i've lived in apartment communities before, just never one with such a horrible experience.

hmm-weel I have lived here for over a year now and instead of getting better, it is getting worse===they are building another complex, the company that owns this one, over on Horse Pen Creek Road and it is suppossed to be upper scale with shops. maybe that will be better but you never know ahead of time. The handciapped spots are always used by non handicapped people and no tickets unless you call the cops on them--so in other words, the handicapped parking is a joke!!!And th dumpster-there is only ONE for over 2oo apaprtments is only down the end near the entrance, so if you live at the far end of the complex you either have to drag your garbage all the way up tot he dumpster, or drive it up there-totoally insane
