Out of all the apartments in Greensboro (and I have looked at about 12 in this area)this one was the best for the price. I like it because it is a small property, you get to know everyone around you, everyone I've met has been very friendly so far. I have a huge amount of closet space including my walk-in closet and my outside storage unit. My balony is huge and it is very private because it is surrounded by woods. The location is great, I'm close to everything (shopping, the park, etc.). I also got a free membership to Golds Gym just for living here! The maintenance man is so nice and he is always helping out in other ways besides just doing maintenance. The office staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I would definatly recommend Battleground Oaks if you are moving in to the area.

I've lived here for 2 years and I started looking around at apartments the other day and I found out that it is more expensive everywhere else for smaller floorplans. They also just added a brand new fitness center, so now I don't have to have a gym membership. They also just added a business center where I can use the computer any time I need to. Also, it is really great that the complex is so small, it seems more quite than other apartments I've lived in.
