This apartment is poorly maintained. There are no screens on the windows, and the sliding glass door is not even connected to the wall frame. I can see light coming in around it, and when it gets cold I am going to waste money on the heat escaping from it. I've mentioned it to maintenance, who says it would be too costly a repair for now, and they can caulk it.

On 10-21-08 I was looking thru this site for another property clicked on "market" and noticed 3-negative reviews posted below for one property, Battleground Oaks. I could't help but notice at that time that there were several for the same dates and with the user names "Bozman----" with different numbers behind the name and on the exact same day. I personally think that if you want to write a review about a property, you should only be able to write (1) review and leave it at that. That's the way it is suppose to be. Not to allow one person to monopolize this site for some form of personal agenda by writing several different reviews, even on the same day in an attempt to lower this property's score. What an abuse of this site. Because of that, I personally would not care what this person and probably their friends have to say!!!!

Why, hello there Cindy. I really wish you would let me honestly post my opinion of your crappy service over the years without your constant rebuttals and attempts to divert the attention away from your service, which only serves to imply your guilt. The only abuse I am guilty of is that which I am letting you give to me. Of course the only way I can get out of this depressive spiral of self-loathing and vile disregard for how people should be treated is to let my stupid contract expire so I don't have to pay your sorry ass $1500.00 to break it. I can't believe you call yourself a manager. Not only do you not care about other's belongings, I truly believe you don't care if we live or die. It is my intention to screw all my windows together with the largest 4" construction screws I can find. I then plan to liquid nails my sliding glass door shut to the point the glue overflows the track and spills onto the carpet. I then intend to cower in the corner with my shotgun that I'm not allowed to have waiting for the next break-in, hoping they will just take everything I own and leave me alive. Perhaps they will just rape me and let me go. That way, like the dog they tried to kill, I can limp away with only a mild mutilation to remember the anguish I endured.
