Exactly one week from the first string of break-ins, we found an aluminum extension ladder just laying out back behind the apartment building - left there by whoever was doing maintenance for the day. Normally this wouldn't bother me but the fact that they, I mean the burglars, already CLIMBED up no problems last week, leaving the ladder out is like handing someone the keys to your car and saying "go nuts."
Included are pictures of said ladder.

anonymous response date 11/2/08 claims to be a lawyer and wants you to contact them but how can you contact an "anonymous" lawyer with no contact information?...sounds fishy to me!
