To anyone who wants to move to battleground oaks, I will say come on down. This community is a great place to live. I just renewed my lease because, the price is right our neighbors are kind, quiet and friendly, the staff is wonderful. and maintenance is stellar. I know all of the previous reviews (mostly by one rude individual) have made this place seem like gangs rampaging around the community. All of this responses are extreme exaggerations. Yes there have been numerous break ins recently, but with today's economy, these instances will occur more frequently because people are getting desperate for money. That being said people must take safety into their own hands and stop complaining about management not helping them out. I don't know what more this management can do to keep its residents safe. All in all this community is a good place to live. It is not the nicest, most modern, or have the most amenities, but you get what you pay for and the price of rent around here is worth it.

Nobody is expecting management to do anything to thwart the break ins. The only thing is that it would've been nice to know that there was an attempted break in 2 weeks before the string of them started. The office knew but informed nobody. Read over a copy of the lease sometime and you'll find that 95% of it is in favor of the lessor. Something to note is just how difficult it is to get them to change the locks, something that still hasn't been done to this day.
