I have lived here for several months and so far I am happy with my choice, Big bedrooms, huge living room, clean and grounds kept up.

couple of things... #1 take a typing lesson #2 I don't call three weeks before saying a word to anyone immediately. #3 those neighbors did not tell people to post negative reviews, we told people to post reviews, it was a coincidence that everyone said negative things #4 Mgmt did not do anything until after those neighbors went door to door trying to warn people and #5 Mgmt did trim trees and put up a fence over four weeks after the five break-ins that occurred within 8 days in the same building.

Hhhhmmmmmmm.....sounds suspicious, like a management-generated email trying to bolster Battleground Oaks' failing reputation. I am counting the days until I can give my notice and move from here. Yes, the property is very park-like, but maintenance allows trash to blow all over the property, dog waste receptacles are often overflowing, and management's appalling lack of response to the recent breakins have helped me make the decision to leave here. C'mon management, you KNOW you can do better than the treatment you've been giving your tenants!

As it happens, I was one of the ones they talked to and it was my suggestion they get others involved in this as well. The management needs to know that we will not take this shoddy treatment anymore. We want a NEW manager...one who will at least let those who are not sucking up to her know what is going on as well as the brown nosers. Do us all a favor, buddy, try telling your friend that family units are paying the price for her lack of concern, and that my kids may be the ones who pay the price if these actions and reactions don't result in something be done.
