I have been living at Battleground Oaks for a little while now. I feel bad that there are so many negative reviews on here regarding management, however many appear to be from the same poster. Most of what people are complaining about is not the fault of management. Yes, apartments were broken into. But how is that -----'s fault' She made everyone aware of what happened and brought us all (and when I say "all" I mean the few who actually chose to show up to the meeting...) to determine the best plan of action in making us all responsible for looking out for ourselves. Bad things happen, but they can and do happen anywhere and I think ----- responded very well. ----- is very sweet and friendly and very much cares about the residents here. It's very easy to go on a site and anonymously trash someone, but just keep in mind that maybe those reviewers don't really know the person they are trashing. I, for one, am in no hurry to leave!!

I think "onedeadhero" is saying what needs to be said. I'm sorry if you don't like it -----, it is the truth. I would look for a new job, because soon you will be out of residents to bully and put in danger.

I think "onedeadhero" needs to get a life and stop being nasty to those who want to write their own opinion although it may conflict with yours. You are just making yourself look foolish!

BS... Complete BS. Grow a spine. I say this because if you had a spine you could hold your head up straight and see what is going on in this horrible apartment complex. If you really feel that mgmt did a good job when this neighborhood became one giant crime scene then I say you stay right where you are at while the people who care about their safety get gone. I know exactly who I am speaking about (----- ----- the pitiful excuse for an apartment manger that Brantley Properties has) and I have every right to correct inaccuracies in your review. If you want to stay, good luck with that, but other people need to know that staying here would be a huge mistake and prevention is key.
