So this very nice young couple knocked on our door in October alerting us to a recent break-in that occurred in their apartment. They were very polite and said they were just walking around the complex warning people because they had informed Management who had at the time done nothing.
It was several days after this nice couple visited me that I received a very vague letter from Mgmt alerting me to some "incidences" around the complex. Management failed to mention that there were 4 break ins in the same building in the same week. Just some "incidences". Well that very nice young couple had left me their names and numbers and we have recently spoken. I felt compelled to visit this site and comment on this apartment complex. I have been very disappointed with my stay here. I am a quiet stay-at-home Mom who minds my own business. I was shocked that Mgmt did not notify me immediately when there was criminal activity near my home and near my children. I keep in touch with that young couple and the more we speak the more shocking the actions of Mgmt have become. --- told me that after the break-in she called ----- to inform her of the crime and was told to call back in 15 minutes. A break in on the complex didn't even warrant taking a message. No, she had to call back in 15 mins because ----- wasn't present at the office. Even as a stay-at-home Mom I find ----- to be unreachable. I can only imagine what my neighbors go through working 8-5pm every day.
--- also told me that she was advised to nail her windows shut. That was actually the advise of management to keep their apartment safe. WOW. Nail the windows shut, good suggestion. I wonder what fines they would have paid if they had done that' Also, --- advised me that they found a ladder behind their apartment laying on the ground. Not only is this negligence but it is a fine example of the "extra security" mgmt had put in place since the break-ins. They were not even securing equipment. I assume it was --- that posted the pictures of the ladder on this website. To my friends that have gone, I say that I miss you, and I am glad you are now safe. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up. --- did advise me that they were charged a hefty lease break fee and were even harassed over a carpet stain that was reported to mgmt and more than a year old. I was also shocked that the locks were not changed in the apartments that were broken into. Seems like routine security to me. I have added additional locks to my apartment, so between the chains and the bolts that I have added I hope that my children and I will be safe until we can leave.












Do I have harsh words for Mgmt, no. I don't see the point. And as a resident I worry that ----- will be vengeful. I have heard how she treats good residents and I would hate to think of the treatment for a "bad resident." I have read through the recent reviews on this site and I find them to be funny. Every time someone voices a negative opinion someone comes to the defense of the apartment complex.

WoW, I actually just applied to this complex about 1 week ago and will be moving soon. Now I am kinda skeptical about this place. The mangement seemed very friendly but of course if I am a potential renter. I am really having second thoughts.....

dont be skeptical.. I have lived there 2 years and have had 0 problems. Staff and residents are extremely nice and helpful.
