Appears to be decent but is definately not. Trash everywhere because they can not keep their trash machine working correctly. In summer time the pool is closed 90% of the time due to lack of management staying on top of their duties. Gym...what a joke! They tell you that the gym is getting ready to be remodeled but you live there for years and no construction ever begins. The little gym that they do have is worthless with broken machines and is very dirty. They customer service is extremely poor and any issued that you may have are fixed half --- so that they always come back rather than investing a bit of time in money to fix and keep happy their customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are much better apartments to look at in the greensboro area.....
