Management is awful, Maintenance is worse

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Betty the Property Manager is rude, two-faced, and fake. Also, Terry the maintenance manager is a drunk who shows up to work drunk and threatens the residents. The worst apartment living I have ever experienced.
