Old, worn, unsafe apartments. Community has declined since move in. A new management company took over and everything has gone downhill since then, and that was a few months ago. Full of drug dealers and people with no respect for personal property. Maintenance is a word the office does not understand, and the office staff has also declined since Nicole left. Very unacceptable and will move as soon, if not before, my lease expires.

I appreciate that I was well liked while I was working at Bent Tree. But I don't think that you have written is true. Bent Tree is not full of drug dealers and I actually think that Bent Tree has a great maintenance staff. I think that maybe the transition of new owners may have caused some confusion but I am sure that things are much better now- Nicole
