Your living experience here varies by who your neighbors are. When my husband and I first moved in we had neighbor who partied every weekend and would go out on their balcony and smoke and drink with friends from 12AM until... Now we have neighbors who are quiet, like us, and it is a joy to live there. The parking is ok, but residents with disabled vehicles leave them parked there instead of having them towed or moved to another location. The management has always been very pleasant to us, even when we were having problems getting our rent in on time. Everytime we've had a maintenece problem, it has been fixed within a day or two, and they cleaned our carpet for free after we renewed our lease.
