The apartment that was shown to us was MUCH nicer than what we got, although it was supposed to be the exact same floor plan. The security lock did not work at all. We asked multiple times for this to be repaired, but it did not happen. The screws in the toilet seat were broken when we moved in. Maintenance filled out a form saying they fixed it, but the screws were still broken that evening. The noise level was out of control! People were constantly in the parking lot drinking and yelling and throwing beer cans and cups around. I constantly had to report dog poop that was right beside the walkway. The yellow and green color scheme was horrendous. When the painters came out, I thought they were changing colors. Lo and behold....yellow and green again! Basically my whole experience at Bent Tree sucked.
