I absolutely hate this place, which is why I'm moving out asap! When I came to lease my apartment, the grounds looked nice as well as the apartment they showed me. The apartment they leased to me, was not what they showed me...even though they said everything looked the same in the apartment that would be issued to me. The shrubs and grass on the property became more and more overgrown each day. I couldn't walk on the sidewalk without getting scratched up by the shrubs lining the sidewalk. The grass was about a foot tall, and still is on some parts of the property. Whoever did the yard work, did the job halfway. The office staff...what can I say. They are pleasant at times, but can also be very rude. Direct Tv came out to install my dish, which would not get a signal on the patio because of the overgrown trees. I approached a lady in the office, and told her the problem. She tried to brush it off, and tell me that I'd just have to live without the Direct Tv for my 1.5 year lease. After I threatened to break my lease because that was unfair, she told me (as well as the installer) that it'd be okay to put it just off of the patio in the grass. After maintanence told me it couldn't be in that spot, the lady told me not to tell anybody that she gave me the okay to put it where it was. That's not good business, and shouldn't be how things are run. Either way, I've been here for 3 months, and will be moving out next month.
