Having lived at Bridford Lakes for several years, I really cannot complain about my apartment home. The apartments are delightful, quiet, and beautifully constructed. They are comfortable and good places to call "home." However, the management and the maintenance staff leave something to be desired. Maintenance requests often have to be placed several times to get a minimal response and the management is snooty and snotty to the residents. This detracts from the community considerably. Maintenance should respond promptly and the management really needs to stop talking down to the residents and start appreciating us for the customers that we are. There have recently been some problems in our community that continue to need to be resolved. Overall, this is a nice set of apartments if you can handle fixing most stuff yourself and if you have a thick enough skin to deal with snooty management. If you can handle these issues and the occasional police activity, then take a look at this complex.
