Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Wouldn't call luxury Apartment. Landlord is extremely diffucult to work with. Over priced compared to neighboring communities. Landscaping is terrible. Never up keep the grass. Stays brown year round. Not the best value for your dollar bill. They always raise the rent after renewal of lease.
