I've been here since this place opened and can't believe what a ghetto it has turned into. Residents used to be valued and now our concerns fall on deaf ears, we are prey to criminal activity, and the more one complains about a problem, the less is done about it. The "lake" used to be beautiful and now looks and smells like a sewer. The grounds used to be nice, but the grounds people like to use their blowers at 7 AM to do absolutely NOTHING but make noise and wake the residents. Maintenance problems' Forget about getting those fixed. You will be lucky to get a call back if you leave a message let alone an actual response or any work done on your apartment. This place has gone from being the nicest place that I have ever lived to being an absolute slum that I can't wait to leave as soon as I can. The management is nothing but a joke, but what's worse is that they are dishonest jokers who spend more time gossiping amongst themselves than working with the residents. All they seem to care about occupancy rates and locking people into leases. They could give a hoot about those of us who are already here. This place should be shut down.
