Im kinda shocked at some of the reviews I have read here. I have lived here since April of last year, and I can honestly say I have never experienced some of the problems that have been stated in some of these reviews. The office staff is always friendly when I come in, and fully capable of handling any concern or requests. I have only had two maintenance requests put in, which were resolved before the end of the day that I requested it.
I moved here from Charlotte, and I can say that I couldnt have been any happier with my apartment, neighbors, office staff, and the maintenance team. The location is great, and the price is very reasonable.
