Regional Manager, Peggy is horrible. She is rude and inconsiderate. Stay away from this property. Filled with lies and false promises.

As a long time resident, I can hardly begin to say how terribly this property has changed. When the new regional manager came to Bridford, all humanity was lost. If you have seen Narnia, Peggy Maxon is the Ice Queen. I had to call her directly at 854-1811 (Madison apartments) and hound her and threaten to go to her boss to get out of my lease. As for the rest of management, they are incompetent and inefficient. Yes, they may appear nice to your face, but their word is meaningless. Try it, report a problem like the jacuzzi is not working. You will hear, "that's the first time I heard about this." Call the next day, and they will say the same thing. All the while, nothing gets fixed. My gate card stopped working and they couldn't replace it. After "working on it" for three months, I gave up and never heard from them. When my garage door opener stopped working and they suggested that I open it by hand, that was the last straw for me. It's not the residents that are the problem. Management is responsible to keep the property and apartments in good working order. If I didn't know any better, I would think some of the comments that are blaming residents are being posted by the office staff.
