I moved to this community because I thought the place was emaculate. But my problems started on day one. My apartment was still being painted when I tried to move in. I have been missing screens on more than one window for more than a year. The gates never work, half the grass and plants look dead, there are hand made Papa John's advertisements hanging on our fences, my car has been broken into, the office is not very responsive (or at least the ones that I have worked with), porches are allowed to be piled with junk, and the road construction is terrible. We never even received a note to let us know that they were ripping the entrance up! I know every complex has it's problems but it doesn't seem like anyone is attempting to correct anything here. I love my apartment but I wouldn't recommend to anyone to move here. Some serious changes need to be made or this place is going to continue to go downhill. Good luck to the new management company!

NEW management company? don't count on that happening before the current one runs the place further into the ground

I thought they were just bought, I must have been mistaken. Who is the current management company?
