I've been here since May '05. When we moved in, the floors were still just the slightest bit damp from where they carpets had been cleaned the day before. We love our apartment. We love the complex. We've gotten along fine with the staff. They've been understanding and caring, at least as much as one can in a business. The biggest complaints we have is with our neighbors. Gates get left open because people get impatient and try to get in behind a line and knock the gate. I can't walk through the grass to the mailbox for the dog crap. But this is the neighbors. There's no way to catch and prove this person or that person did that or this. Though I'm a little miffed that the hot tub's been bust for so long. And the lack of parental supervision at the pool this summer, as well as the invasion of really loud young adults (not all of whom could have been residents) got on the nerves, but this is an issue with inconsiderate residents, not the complex itself. Overall, it's a great place. It's my first apartment, and I love it here. It doesn't hurt that it's spacious and really close to my job.

Are you suggesting that management is unable to maintain the gates operating properly, fails to address the actions of irresponsible dog owners, refuses to repair (or even acknowledge) the problems with the hot tub, or cannot prevent unauthorized use of the pool? Of course not
