I have lived in the Bridford Lake community for Two years now. Other than RUDE neighbors, (something you really can't control), I have no complaints about the community. If I ever had a maintenance problem, it was taken care of within 24 hours.. even if I had an "emergency" (which I think everything is) that occured on holiday or weekend, I could count on the fact that it would be taken care of. They were respectful of entering the apartment when necessary maintenance checks were required (air filters, etc). The geese in the community cause a problem, but that is to no fault of the groundsmen and the maintenance of the grounds. For the most part, (aside the geese), the landscape is nice. Safety is also important-Yes, there were a few times when you'd see police in the area, but just as any neighborhood, you can't control other peoples' behaviors. Although the Leasing agents were sometimes a little snooty, the property manager has always been a pleasure to work with. If I ever had anything that was of concern, she would see that it was taken care of and I was left up most satisfied. I feel safe living here, and have recommended this apartment community to several of my friends in the market of renting an apartment. I think the layout of the apartments are beautiful and the space is just right. Overall, I believe the Bridford Lake Community is worth investing your money- how can you go wrong earning equity while renting'
