I have lived many places and this place by far has been the worst. First of all, the staff, not that I am against young people in positions of management, I am young myself and have learned what it is to be responsible, but this staff has absolutely no class or value system as to how to run an effecient, clean and nice place to live. The staff has changed so many times, it is hard to keep track of who's in charge. The gates, ah yes, let's see there have been so many excuses and yet that is why so many people have chosen to live here...safety...no way! The dogs have decided to use the entire property for their own personal use, oh and yes the dog cans that should be used are instead used for the tennants garbage. Their are beer cans thrown everywhere, the pool is a disaster area and is never cleaned, not to mention the pool furniture or trash around the pool. The brochure boasts of a car wash and vac, but have never been able to get the vac working. The mail areas are yet another area for personal trash and let's not forget to mention the laundry room which has more trash in it than the trash bin. Now for the apartments...the air filters have never been replaced, the appliances are cheap and fall apart, the ceiling fans have been painted over and over, so don't try to clean them, the apartments have never had a pest control person in and the outside around the apartments are never maintained, oh except for the "light" mowing that MAY occur from time to time. And, this is the biggest surprise, if you are liked by the staff there are those "special" deals...in talking with some of the residents, everyone pays different rents. Some are paying as low as $850 for a three bedroom and some are paying over $1,000...go figure. If you are looking for peace and quiet and want to live in a dump then this is the place for you...finally, there has been some construction going on over the last four months, funny how the entrance wall for this dump was the only one that was crashed...wonder how long it will take for that to get fixed. I am glad that I am out of that poor excuse for a living community.
