This place seems nice to me well kept and the apartment is very spacious I have an upstairs semi-loft apartment the Berkley style upper level with high ceilings & stairs that lead into the living room.Windows,windows,windows. Woodburning fire place. A nice patio facing the lake. I love it.... my neighbors are quite and seem right nice there are nurses, teachers and families a mixture of people which I believe a community should be. I think there is a police that lives out here if that may be what the person is referring to always seeing a police..''
They ...only come if you put in a request or they give advance warning....I don't know about all that rolling out of bed seeing someone painting in your underwear thing is all about...I guess because the apartment has such beautiful big windows and a nice view of the lake then you may be tempted to keep the blinds wide open...
Trust me I am very picky the cons I would say is the birds (geese) poo on walk ways But then again this is "Brid"ford Lakes. Also because of some unknown reason we can't rent out the club house for dinner parties..
that's the only complaints right now.

hmmm sounds like office staff here.....apartments are great, manager great, management company is very questionable..SOmething shady about a company that buys a complex, changes their name sells then keeps managing it...
