At initial site Bridford Lakes is beautiful but as you look closer, you see they take no pride in the details. Trash such as bottles or to-go cups can regularly be seen. There has been a car sitting in the parking lot with 2 flat tires and no tags for months and this is supposedly not allowed per the leasing agreement. Getting a maintenance request completed is iffy. Sometimes they jump right on it, other times I have to wait...weeks. I WILL NOT be renewing my lease here!

Why don't you try and take a little more interest in your community than slinging words on a website - be an example, no, a pillar of the community and go pick up some of those bottles & cups! The person that had the car issue probably couldn't afford fixing it at the time or other problems... did you try finding out who the owner was and offer assistance, either physical or financial. Try building up a little and not so much tearing down... THAT is probably the cause and solution to your troubles, as well as societies'.
