Rapidly going downhill

I moved in one year ago and loved the place. I am now leaving on account of the maintenance standards, or lack of them. Nothing has been done to get rid of the geese and there can be up to 100 at a time on the 'lake' (read disgusting goose-poop pond). They are so noisy and aggressive and go for you when you try to walk by them. The grass and sidewalks are covered in goose poop, I don't know how people live here with kids. They used to clear it off but not anymore. The pool seems to be closed most of the time, the jacuzzi is green with who knows what. The gym equipment is broken and takes weeks to be fixed. The apartments are spacious and light but the rest of the place lets it down. Big shame, as it's all so easy to fix.

I lived at Bridford lake apartments until I purchased a house. I loved it there. The management did get approval to remove goose eggs from certain location to help lower the number of them on the property but this is a goverment issue as well. They can't just kill the geese how stupid! The management was great and so was the maintance department. Some people just can't be happy no matter where they are.
