First of all the staff is great, the maintenance crew is excellent. There is a mix of different types of people. There is a few that do make noise (car stereos, loud mufflers, loud talking). These things are rare and sometimes I am amazed at the peacefulness of this area. I have had my car broken into in the 8 Months that I have lived here. There is alot of police presence here at night sometimes, as the result of some disturbance. Im not sure I would reccomend this to my sister or any single female.
I think this is normal for apartment living most of these problems will be less if you own or rent a home or live in a gated community with higher rent. I dont know if any residence in this area of greensboro is safe from the trashy types that are around here. By the way I am not renewing my lease.
