Shooting took place. I've had my car broken into like many others. Apartments get broken into over here on the norm. Then management did a wonderful job of raising rent after the shooting.
Way over priced for a place with no facilities and no comfort... parking is horrid. I could go on..but i won't.

How is 520 for a one bedroom a high rated? or even the rent of $630 for a 2 bedroom my sister lives in here? I have never heard of any shootings at the complex either. to be honest where ever you go there will be crime. no one ever promised safty that is just something you have to watch out for.
