(Cedar Trace West, however with the lack of management for our problems here, I wouldn't move to any of their properties.)
If double homicides sound homely, you're thinking about the right place!
However, if you don't want your ears to become accustomed to gun shots, car alarms, and obnoxious bass from a neighbor or a sitting car outside of your window (that management will do nothing about, believe me), you don't want to move here.
If you have children, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Two nights ago there were several gunshots, to which I was the only one who called 911 to, and two residents were found dead in their vehicle not 50 feet away from my window.
I looked outside at 5 AM one morning to find a man checking all the doors on our vehicles to see if any were unlocked. I called 911, and again the suspect evaded police and nothing ever came of it.
All the vehicles I have owned and kept at this property have been broken into at some point.
And I believe it was 2005 that another murder took place here. When will this property take action' They won't.
You will not be safe moving here. You won't feel comfortable in your own living room. I wouldn't wish upon my enemies that they'd have to live here. So as a friend to you, please heed these words.

As the property manager of Cedar Trace West Apartments I regret to inform you, my valued residents that the above review is an inaccurate account of an unfortunate domestic event that involved persons whom were not residnets of our community. We here at Cedar Trace Apartments have a stringent tenant selection guideline outlined by our property management company one in which we abide by. Here at Cedar Trace Apartments we have an open door policy. If any of our residents have any concerns, issues or just opinions on how to make our community better we act immediately. We hold monthly neighborhood watch meetings (just recently one was held at Cedar Trace West Apartments)community events and resident socials which allows us to establish a better resident/management relationship. As always it is our goal to provide superior housing services in the triad area.
