This is your one stop shop.
This comunity focuses on residents more than any other I have been at. They have quick 24 hour maintenance service. Sometimes service within an hour.
It is small, but yet nice. There are many pluses to this place.
1) There is little to no trash
2) Strict car policy-no ratty cars allowed to park on the property
3) Minimal noise-they have a strict noise policy (included pet noise and car noise)
4) They just added wireless internet on the property so therfore all you pay for is electricity, which is about $25-$45 a month.
5) Crime Free Housing Program- not only do the cops drive thru on a regular basis, but they also have a Chapel Walk Community Watch program where the residents can volunteer to keep an eye out on the property when the office people are gone.

All in all, best place in this area of Lees Chapel.
