I?ve seen this site in the past, but never took the time to rate my apartment. However, I felt I had to after what happened to me. During this winter I had a plumbing problem and called maintenance after hours. To my surprise, I talked to maintenance on call, not a answering service or a pager where I had to leave my number. I told him what the problem was and he said he was on his way. Now, we just had a snow fall and the roads were coverd in snow and ice. He may could have waited until the morning, but I was afraid my pipes would freeze if I didn?t leave the water dripping a little. He came out and cleared the pipes and had my water flowing before he left. Now you just don?t find that kind of service every day. I want to thank Doug for all he does for us.
