Stayed here for a year. Autumn trace apartments, right next door had no openings so had to pay a little extra to live here. We got a ground floor apartment. They are very cheaply made, think the opposite of "spare no expense"... No problems with bugs luckily, the exterminator comes regularly. We came prepared though with our own insecticides, having lived in dumps much worse. The places only have a single lock, and you can easily break into your own place if you forget your key without really damaging anything, so don't keep anything of value, not that you can afford it if you live there. The biggest problem we had was flooding, whenever it rained water would seep in, there's not much you can do, the apartments are just badly made. Where we stayed there was plenty of parking. There is a laundromat nearby thats cheaper then their on-site laundromat.

Thankfully we got out of Greensboro. If your thinking of moving to the area I highly suggest you reconsider. There is no real economy other then the universities and hospitals.
