Older complex in need of upgrades

Equity owns this complex and it is one of the older of the group owned in this area, they have not put the work into upgrading this once beautiful complex that they put into their newer and much higher priced complexes. It is a shame, too. Convenient to Rte 68 and Airport as well as Bryan Blvd and the Guilford College Area, this could be a bright spot. Fear that they don't care to fix, repair and upgrade and this will go further down hill. Borderline at this point
