Lived at Deerwood meadows for a short time before noticing the shotty management and poor general upkeep of the apartments. Neighbors entertain themselves by staring at your everymove while outside. Living room floods everytime it rains-on new carpet-that is now yellow and red stained. Entertainment center, dvd case, and some school books all have water damage now. Management likes to use the excuse,"Well.. sometimes when it rains, the water just comes inside!" I can't believe it! $160 Power bills are ridiculous for a 1 br apartment!
The staff, with the exception of the manager, are friendly. But its the cheapest rent in nw greensboro so the phrase "you get what you pay for" definitely applies.
