I rented here because it received good rating on this site. That was a mistake. I've lived hear for a while now and can't wait to move. The staff is kind enough, but the condition of the apartments and the residents are the problem. The apartments are older, and the up keep is poor. Plumbing backs up. The heating and cooling costs a fortune. I get a lot of bugs during the summer. Some of the residents seem okay, but many make the neighborhood feel uncomfortable. You get stared at, and on occasion, I've been sexually harassed. It is very noisy, as everyone seems to be competing for the world's loudest car stereo. Oh, you may want to be aware that if you check Guilford County's sexual predator site, we have on charged with assaulting a minor living in the complex.
