Here is a basic view of the complex

I've stayed here for about a year and have just resigned my lease. I rent a loft apartment. For the price, especially if you lease during specials, both one bedroom apartments are the best bargain in Greensboro. There are merits and drawbacks, as with any place, but this I can tell you.

The Bad News:
These apartments are old. Things do go wrong with plumbing and electrical stuff. The loft apartment is not energy efficient. The residents can be very noisy, especially playing car stereos with loud bass. In fact that would have to be my biggest complaint.

The Good News:
Management has always been polite to me. When things go wrong with the apartment, they are usually fixed within the day. The landscaping is beautiful. The area in general is beautiful and has many convienent stores. As long as you have one or two cars, parking generally isn't a problem.

For the price, you will not find a better complex in Greensboro. It's a good place for couples and families just starting out or college students looking for a place without a party atmosphere. Although many reviews have complained about management, I've never had a problem. As a general rule, if you're nice to people, they'll be nice to you. I've had a few technical issues with my loft, but they were resolved. The maintinance people came out quickly, even when I needed them on Sundays. They were polite and professional each and every time. Although the apartment is not the most energy efficent, it is a unique layout that I enjoy. I do get bugs, but we live in a forested area, so I do spray for them. I've receommended these apartments to friends. Yes, if you have more money you may find a better apartment. However, I can easily tell you after apartment hunting that these apartments are easily comparable to any within the $500-$600 price range.
